"Letter From Skip Concerning The Loss of Self Will"

Dear Brother or Sister,
Hope this letter finds you and the family well and prospering in the Lord!.......
Concerning the "things that defile a man".   On this point we must be honest with the
scripture-------If we at any time transgress in any way,  we are to know that
something is wrong with our "heart".   And that something is the continuing
existence of the "old nature"-----for if we were truly living by the "faith
of the Son of God" (Gal2-20)..... there would never be a frustration of the
grace of God.......Here is where a man must bare himself completely before
God by and with the admittance that his (or her) "old nature" still exixts!!!!
ARRGHH!!!  It may be that that man or woman has come a long way across the
wilderness....but still something lurks within.........What should a man do
if he sees sin manifest in his life?     Just REPENT and believe the gospel.
Simply put his profession in place once again believing in his heart that
that was the LAST exposure (the last residue) of sin remaining inside
him......And it is now totally removed....This is the "walk of faith" once
delivered to the saints!!!!  And when a man reaches the place of total
purification (the place he/she is believing they have already reached).......
sin will manifest itself NO MORE!!!!   Yes it is a process ---but the only
way for the process to work is for the man to believe the process is
finished....this is how it truly works....and it will not work any other
way!!!!               
  Now lets us look at the "will of man" concerning the
man's right to chose evil...The question immediately arises "what
rights do dead men have?"   Consider ---if we are totally DEAD to all self
life -----How can we chose to sin or depart from God!!!  You see true "death
to self" removes from the man's the ability to chose evil any longer !!!!!  The
retention of this ability keeps "self" alive....Abandonment, (by Faith) to
ALL rights to execute anything apart from God, is the key.........Jesus said
"I can of myself do nothing"---Listen to that -------The Son of God saying
"He can do nothing of Himself"  By this we see all things were directed by
the Father----Now How could we chose evil if all things were directed (from
inside us) by the Father.......IMPOSSIBLE---So ,you see, as long as we keep the
right to "sin" disguised in the form of "free will" ---we never get free from
it-----what a trick of the enemy !!!!!!   One day I asked God about the
matter of the "free will" ---I literally asked God what a free will was.
This was because at that point if what I had was truly a free will ---I didn't want
it!!!!!   You know the answer I got back from God!!!      This was my answer
from Him ---"Son, a free will is a will that has been freed" !!!!  
I immediately saw that I did not have a free will.........And knew that I
must have one or I was in serious trouble.....Then I saw clearly what had to
be done!!!     THE REMOVAL OF MY WILL (this is the seat bed of the old nature)
---And My blessed Christ instructed me to BELIEVE that He had already
destroyed my rebellious will on Golgotha's Hill and that permanent victory was
mine----FOREVER.....Oh what a salvation our God has wrought in the
earth---and it's all there for the asking and receiving by faith!!!!
